Sharing a pursuit for perfection, the King River families have over 200 years of combined dedication to the art and science of beef production. We have nurtured our people, farms, pastures and livestock to present discerning customers worldwide with the highest quality dining experience.

  • Our eating experience is iconic. But that’s no accident: from choice grazing land and state-of-the-art feedlot management, to every single detail in processing, export and delivery – we strive for Jewel to be the crowning best of Wagyu.

    BREEDING & GENETICS

    Our Jewel herd features some of the highest-quality Japanese Wagyu genetics, ranging from F4 Purebred to Fullblood lines. This careful breeding ensures exceptional marbling, with an average score of 9+, delivering outstanding flavor, tenderness, and nutritional value in every cut.

    GRAZING

    Our herds peacefully graze in family groups for up to 18 months before reaching 400kg, then move onto spacious feedlots.

    FINISHING

    Jewel Wagyu is meticulously finished in shaded, spacious feedlots for 12+ months, ensuring superior handling and precision feeding.

    PROCESSING
