Finished at the historic Sandalwood feedlot in Queensland's Darling Downs, one of Australia's most storied and fertile agricultural regions, our cattle are raised with the same intentionality you bring to every ingredient in your kitchen. Inspired by the legendary Korean Hanwoo feeding tradition, our program incorporates homegrown corn silage: the whole corn plant, freshly chopped and fermented into a nutrient-dense forage that nourishes from the inside out. The result is extraordinary intramuscular fat development and layered flavor complexity that discerning chefs and conscious consumers can count on.

At the heart of the Sandalwood program is our landmark partnership with CH4 Global. Cattle in this program are fed Methane Tamer™, a natural feed additive derived from Asparagopsis seaweed — one of the most significant and scientifically validated breakthroughs in sustainable beef production today. Extensively tested at commercial scale, Asparagopsis reduces enteric methane emissions from feedlot cattle by 75%. Critically, independent testing confirms it does so without any compromise to flavor, texture, tenderness, or marbling grade. The climate impact is extraordinary: if fed to just 10% of cattle worldwide, the benefit would be equivalent to removing 50–100 million combustion-engine vehicles from the road.
