Trex was honored to host the 2025 Kobe Beef Association Annual Meeting at RPM Steak in Chicago. A beautiful evening dedicated to craftsmanship, community, and the unmatched legacy of Kobe Beef.

The night brought together producers, chefs, and industry partners from across North America to celebrate the heritage and future of true Kobe Beef. Guests enjoyed flowing drinks, elegant hors d’oeuvres, and a memorable live butchery demo from the talented Wagyu Kimono Butcher, showcasing the precision and skill behind each cut.

The evening continued with an exquisite tasting menu crafted by Chef Partner Bob Broskey, highlighting the depth, purity, and flavor that define Kobe Beef. Each dish honored tradition while embracing modern culinary creativity.
